Yeah the Atom Processors are nice. Not great for gaming, video editing and whatnot but it will work nicely for web browsing and your smaller applications.

What comes with windows home premium actually? I'm not sure what's better about it :/
And can they put on an illegal copy of windows on it ? Since it's so cheap I'm worried it's not legit/official windows.

That's a netbook, not really a notebook.
What sort of applications are you planning on running. If all you want is music and the net, then you can't really go wrong. When you throw in other stuff though, that machine will quickly slow down.
Your etc etc worries me. The only time I would ever recommend a netbook like that, is if you already have a decent laptop, but want something small + good battery life that you can take everywhere, and don't mind breaking or losing.
Put another way, I would never buy a netbook as a primary machine. You will get very frustrated very quickly once the excitement of a new toy wears off.

Well I already have a laptop but it's not great anymore.
I want this for college, will probably just need to do some word documents and research stuff online. Any proper work I'm doing will probably be done on the college computers itself.

I really depends on what you want to use the laptop for. You probably want a minimum of 4gb of ram
