Know any good 'shady' domin registrars?

Do you know of any domain registrars that are notoriously bad at dealing or ignore disputes?

I'm currently with Godaddy and it's looking likely I'll lose this particular domain so would like to switch to a registrar that's harder to get shutdown from.

Ideas?

What is ur domain extension?
I know few domain registers which run offshore and ignore disputes.But they only support few domain extensions.Also if the dispute is from US,then its better to buy domain from Russian company.

CNOBI or a popular western CCTLD? Forget it, since even if the registrar itself ingnores disputes, the registry controlling the TLD won't...fortunately.
