It means valuation for the domain price according to some points . Like THIS is godaddy's appraisal for BHW domain name , obviously they dont consider traffic . And even my newly registered domain is within same price range so i would like a more legitmate Appraisal website , the free and the paid ones .

I won't get into details as to why the above statement is true as this has been discussed over and over again.
In short, if you want your domain name or website appraised, your options are:
a) post it in a forum where knowledgeable people hang out (e.g. here), but be prepared to weed through the comments of a bunch of not-quite-knowledgeable people as well.
b) in case of domain names, go with a professional domain appraisal service. Sedo is one of the companies offering such service. Something like this comes with a (relatively hefty) price tag, though, so it's important to realise that if common sense tells you that your domain probably isn't worth over a few hundred bucks then in most cases - it isn't - and as such, there's no need to further appraise it, either.
c) if what you want appraised is a revenue-generating website, rather than a domain name, then speak to any website broker. All of them will be happy to give you a free, professional appraisal (in hopes of getting you list your site with them).
