.kitchen domain advice?

Hey everyone i'm new here,

So I'm keen to try buying and selling domain names to businesses in Australia, still learning about the laws and think I can't buy and sell .com.au websites, however for a business with kitchen as the last word of its name, would it be silly to register the domain so it is eg "bigchef.kitchen" and then try and sell it to them?

Any advice would be awesome, thanks!
