I don't whether this is the right place to post this query but i have to ask, what's simplest method to hyperlink a CPA offer link{e.g CLICK HERE}as in how is it done...am clueless.

Secondly, if a site reports you to your ISP provider what's the worst that can happen...maybe cause of lewd behavior or inexcusable mistakes, spamming, scamming?

Will appreciate your input/advice.

While your wording is slightly difficult to understand it seems that you are trying to shorten the URL while adding link tracking options? If so then Bit.ly is what you are seeking.

It can shorten any URL into a small, customize-able hyperlink such as: bit.ly/ClickmE12

You could simply shorten your url. If you are too concerned about spamming then using a proxy or a vpn

Hey mate,you can anchor the product name with your affiliate link or use buy now images http://lmgtfy.com/?q=buy+now+png

Are you hosting the website on your computer at home or on paid hosting. You shouldn't have to worry about spam if you have a genuine blog with links to CPA offers.
