SEO is not about exact amounts. Competitiors of your niche can show how much work is involved in ranking a website but without knowing the competition you can't rank a website just by following exact amounts or an exact method.

You need to do everything better & more than your competitiors.

All infos has been given. I just add that u could sign up through reddit. If u have a good content, good looking website u could get hundreds of targetted traffic everyday (like my website).
