I read through the FAQ's and there is lots of great stuff about how to send fake traffic to get your conversion rate down, but nothing that I found tells you how to get the leads in the first place (good or bad). I am getting ready to add a content locker on one of my sites, but found myself wanting to learn more about CPA in general. Where to generate traffic that converts for the advertiser, and how to set up a page that converts?
