There is no town named simply Mississippi in Ontario. There is one town that is named likewise but has an added name to it. Which anyone from there would commonly refer differently. Also the town has little over 10k population and only a little over 100 immigrants
whereof only 60 East Asians (includes 40 Chinese) according to statcan.ca.
Since English is not your first language (neither mine), what are your origins if I may ask?
e.g. the country of your parents. And are you a Canadian citizen? What is your mother tongue?
