On Sunday, almost a year after the internet entrepreneur and several of his associates were arrested in a spectacular dawn raid on the mansion, about 200 invited guests will gather at the opulent estate for the launch of Mega. The new cyberlocker service is a simplified, super-encrypted successor to Megaupload, the file-sharing site that once reputedly accounted for 4% of all internet traffic, and which US prosecutors had taken offline moments before the helicopters descended in New Zealand a year ago.

This guy Kim is indeed a very very interesting guy causing a lot of noise for the anti-copyright laws against these type of file sharing sites.I am very curious who will come on top on this war....something tells me this wont end too well with Kim but thats just a gut feeling,I of course wish the best for Kim and will be one of the many checking out his new file sharing site.

Unlike the tragic case of Aaron Swartz, Dotcom is not taking the bullying that the US justice dept would like to dish out.

He is running rings around them and making a lot of senior US people look bad. Whatever you may think about the man, its time that overreach from the US was pulled back, and the mega incident is the catalyst that will start this process.
