Killing off a competitor with GSA SER?

Hello, long time reader, first time poster with a question.

I typically am a web designer with some mid range SEO experience, and I have a guy whochas hired me to be basically an assasin of sorts lol.

I guess the way the story goes is he developed a product, lets call it a purple widget, well he used to be friends with a guy also in the same business as widgets and this fellow stole the idea for purple widgets from my client and is now ranking one sometimes 2 ranks higher in the SERPS for purple widget.

Long story short, my clients words to me were as follows:

Do whatever you got to do, I dont care what you do any I dont care how, but I want him to get out from above me so I can rightfully take my place. Karmas a b$&#%!

So anyway heres the PR and DA info ( names and urls will not be disclosedcto protect my client)

My clients site:
PR 3 and DA 43

His enemy's site:
PR 0 and DA 34

So what I did, from what I know about SEO is I went to a site a lot ofcyou are familiar with, Fiverr, and Icordered 4 gigs of GSA SER linksctotaling in the amount of almost 80,000 GSA links pointing DIRECTLY at the other site using "purple widgets" as the anchor text to get his site flagged as spam with loads of spammy links pointing to his root domain page.

Yes, the ethics involved are certainly questionable, but this is what my client has hired me to do, and ascthis is a black hat forum, maybe there isxsomecopen mindedness to my situation.

So my question is this: Will this method work effectively to knock my client's competitor/ enemy out from above him at least in the SERPs for "purplecwidgets"? And what is the general expectaion before I see results?

Gonna to build 1000000 GSA links for your client website for FREE, and I forgot to mention here is the list of anchor text "Child sex, Shemale, .. all Adult KW's" gonna to use for your client website.

I'd laugh my pants off if you end up ranking your competitor #1 after these blasts.

I tried a very similar method some months ago, with thousands of mixed GSA links to a competitor for the keywords he was ranking. After some weeks his ranking start to "google dance", later disappeared from 1st page, but after less than 1 week came back again in the same exact place of before. Not lower, not higher.

My thoughts are that Google nowadays can detect the links of GSA, as usually most of the users use the same sold lists. Or maybe it simply doesn't care of crappy links, only pick up the best to calculate the anchor % and give the ranking for that keyword.

I just hope he's using better backlinks for his clients than he is for his own website...those chinese .gov user profiles aren't fooling anyone.

Well after reading a few articles and really just listening to my conscious speaking to me; I could hardly get a winks sleep the last couple of nights thinking about me soing neg SEO. I cancelled those bad GSA link gigs and told the guy I cant so it. That I understand his old buddy stole his idea and took off with it and that sucks, but that guys probably got his own family to support with what he sells, kids and all you know? I have kids and Ild feelcterrable if I couldnt provide forcthem bcos of some numbnut spammer. I offered to do on-site SEO and forum and blog posting for him, and so yes I had to refund some of his money back. Oh yeah that ifusion site isnt mine. Lol I wish i was even partially as handsome as that but Im just an overweight middle aged dude with an unshaven beard lol.

I gave him an old proverb I read somewhere that when you throw the burning stone of vengence, you get burned before your opponent does. Hopefully he will listen and just let it go. And I dont do wp sites, too many security holes as it looks like that site is on wp. Lol at pixel perfect with some sort of shortcode underneath haha
