How i can kill this Site of Page 1 or Page 2 to Page 5 like

It is not MY SITE it is a Blog under .DE DOMAIN

While negative SEO would work it would also backfire against you in the long run. Be it Karma or Google but both of them will crack down on negative SEO if it is being used continuously. Using quality articles and backing up the links are a good way to get your site to number one page. Trying to relate your site or sites to something people are going to want to click on also helps. I have seen a lot of poorly ranking sites all because 1 out of 10 are going to look up something like bizarre random foot illnesses.

I would not go for the kill. I woudl just rank the sites below it higher. That way its little bit more ethical. Since the negative seo will ruin that sites other keywords also.
