Kid content traffic help

Hello BHW members,

I need your help. I make videos with Bruder toys (tractors, trucks etc) converted by us (me and my friend) into RC so they are kinda rare, you can't buy them. I have my own "city" in the garden where I record stories with toys (transport videos, crashes and much more).

I'm doing this for 6 months and I still don't have much traffic. I think that the time I invested in this project is enough to generate some money. I have a friend who's doing the same topic and he added my videos to his cards and endscreen for some % of earnings. If he will delete my videos from his cards I would have like 2k views / 48 hours that's too bad. My videos are well edited I think and also in good quality.

I have tried everything from the catchy thumbnail, all possible tags, long descriptions, keyword titles, rank method (SEO formula from this forum) but without any success.

Please give me any advices how to get organic views. I will appreciate any help from advice on how to do thumbnails, SEO, tags, video editing (what should and include in videos etc).

BTW: If you know how my friend could send his viewers instantly to my videos not only from cards and end screens or how can we use his reach please also let me know. It's shame that youtube deleted Featured video that was so cool and it was bringing a lot of views so if you would know about something similar please let me know.

I found them entertaining, how about making an actual short story with some characters?
Engage with a story, you could even ask on your Facebook page for people to submit ideas, run a competition etc

Your videos are great (compared to most kids channels) I just think the problem is the keywords that you're using.

If you used plastic Peppa Pig figures (& other popular kids cartoon characters) in your videos .. for example, in the field watching the tractors, you could then get away with using `Peppa Pig' etc in your titles, descriptions & tags .. plus, because you're using toy figures, there shouldn't be a problem with copyright.

Millions of kids are searching for Peppa Pig, My Little Pony, Dora The Explorer & whatever everyday, whereas `Tractor' & `John Deere' there's hardly any .. at least in comparison.

I would suggest leveraging Instagram harder than you are currently, there are a TON of kids on IG.

I help a youtube channel with a similar-ish audience to you, maybe slightly older, use IG to get more long term traffic.

Would be great to know a bit more about the audience (ages/interests etc)

I'm not using these tags (peppa pig etc). I'm using tags like rc toys, toys for kids, john deere, bruder toys, tractors etc. Can you please suggest some tags?

You have an amazing videos and nice toys!
You might wanna use the brand of the toys in your titles like CAT, other example Tayo Bus etc..

Nice video have seen similar videos before
Make it interesting by adding a short story like recovering struck container with 2,3 characters and conversations

You have nice RC setup use two angle cam using phone so it will be more interesting while watching

Increase video interaction by asking questions
