Kickstart new website

Hey guys,

I happened to stumble upon this website last night and have found it awesome. Whilst i'm in the middle of some research, I am looking for tips and advice anyone can give me to kickstart my website. An online clothing store which is a short term financial aid which will be first used with a PPC campaign tomorrow. I've spoken to some SEO consultants in the meantime and they are saying I should wait 6-12 Months for the domain to mature. I just wanted to know is there any other thing I can do to get this website going whilst im waiting to take for the domain to mature.

white hat or black hat?

You could make some articles in advance to save you some time when promoting

I say go with white hat solutions.
If you have built your website then make some quality backlinks to it. I'd go with web2.0 articles. Post more then once and post unique content. Maybe get them into a link wheel. Not to many articles to start with. Also build some other links to those web2.0 articles.

+1,trying too much of black hat on a newly made site can cause disaster!
