I'm starting off a gaming channel, using two popular games and a project/challenge related to both of them
The idea is something that has not been done before on youtube.
It would be an episode-based channel with stream/normal highlights from games and the rank climb. (no face, just voice)
The goal of the challenge will probably take me 90-180 days to get and that video once the goal is met will be the most important and viral-potent video.
The question is, how would you kickstart such a channel?
I heard that YT highly promotes your first videos to check how much the audience will react to it and continues boosting it or not based on the outcome, I would guess that means I have to start a channel with some very engaging episodes. Thoughts?
