Kick start INCENTIVE CPA + Fanpage?

I need advise from those who are experience in incentive CPA or/and pro in fanpage.

Here is what I have in my mind:
Set up a fanpage
Offer real gift card if they complete x amount of incentive offers

I will iframe the cpa link in new tabs

But where to kick start the fans from 0 ?
I searched through and I have the ideas of
1) headliner.fm (ineffective for my niche, mostly for music)
2) fanbridge.com (??)
3) microworkers for sharing the facebook post (usually ineffective?)
4) buying established fanpage (where to buy? expensive?)
5) JV with people who have large fanpage (where to get one?)
6) facebook ads (expensive!)

Anyone want to give me a hand? Is there something wrong in my plan? What should I do?
