I have always been using Ubersuggest for my keyword research. You can give them a try. And if you have the funds, they have a lifetime deal.
 
I strongly suggest for use Google Keyword Planner, then ahrefs, and then competitor websites. you can get a big list from your all competitor websites if you are know how to find keywords from the competitor websites. Remember tools never give you 100% perfect data.
 
semrush is good, especially for audits, but it is costly. ahrefs is better, in comparison.
 
hands down ahrefs for me. i dont look for keyword difficulty scores rather for pages ranked with little or no backlinks.
ivery often find semrush's traffic figures to be off though...
 
I'm also want to find some best Keywords but it's so difficult and want to know How to find best Keywords for Content.
 
In my opinion, semrush and Ahrefs are some of the best tools.
You can try with the google keyword planner tool.
