Keywords ranking tool

Sorry for opening another thread about this, but after I read almost every topic in this forum recently created about rank checkers and trying a lot of softwares I couldn't find nothing good enough for doing something really easy.
I want a free tool that can check some keywords' rankings without crashing, without getting banned after 2 checks etc.

Can someone recommend me a tool ? Please, I'm exhausted and frustated after trying and trying horrbile softwares.
