keywords ranking or domain authority?

I have a couple of domains to sell later In the future but I was wondering what buyers mostly look out for.

1) A 60+ DA and 0 ranking keywords
Or
2) 10 Ranking keywords and 0 DA.


Which do you think would value better?

domain authority probably because it is important part for successful seo

Authority domain. Because of that, it would be easy to rank keywords on google.

High DA for sure
The site that has high DA, is much valued

I will obviously pick the keywords ranking when you ask me which one I value most. (PS: not just keywords, but also backlinks, authority, visitors, etc.)

However, some clients only care about the DA/DR and not the quality of the blog.
