my all ad words campaigns not approved bcoz all keywords are showing rarely shown due to low score.plz help me how to solve this problem

If low score, you should :
- Increase Budget Daily
- Increase CPC Maximum
- Increase PR of your website
- Add more relate keywords into the URL where you put in campaign
Quality Score base on some factors of your Website and Campaign
