I am kinda new to SEO but do understand the basics. Is there a tool or site where you can plug the URL and see what Keyword(s) a particular site is optimized for.

Basically what are the keywords that is making the site rank higher in the search engine. One can always look for the Keyword tag in the code but some sites dont have it so is there a tool or what methods could be used. Any tip would be nice.

I have Market Samurai. Correct me If I am wrong. Market Samurai asks for keywords and than gives analysis of any URL based on those keywords. I guess I am looking for opposite where you have the site but you want the best keywords making the site rank higher.

Please assist if I am missing anything regarding Market Samurai or please suggest any other tip

You can use seoquake firefox plugin or chrome plugin.
From there... just see for the keyword density.
I was used to figure out what the competitor page keywords density try to rank on.
