Site Meta Keywords: What should I use here? Only related to the main website?


Menu Meta Keywords - keywords with the name of the menu? or more?


Category Meta Keywords - keywords related to the website, menu, category, articles?


Article Meta Keywords - keywords only related to the article? Or also add the keywords related to the site, menu and category?


I'm pretty confused on what should be the correct structure to put the keywords in the right place.

Yes that's normal. Google doesn't think your site is the best for that keyword, but when you add .com you're seeing the domain indexed.

I bought the domain without understanding anything about seo. the first of many mistakes that I find on my way.
