Keywords fell from 4th to 10th

Two months ago, my keyword was always ranked 4th on the Google homepage, and then it fell to 9th or 10th on the homepage. This situation has been around 2 months.
How should I do? Write more relevant content around keywords, or add some high-quality backlinks?

Take look at all long tail keywords your post was ranking for.Optimise articles accordingly.

Also try optimising UI/UX and speed of website.

By "homepage" you mean 1st page I reckon

There are constant updates happening and this is almost 100% result of that.

Compare you on-age with top guys and modify it accordingly.

Constantly work on building quality links as they will grow the authority.

May be your competitors doing well, So consider checking out & optimize your pages if there is anything can be possible.

Look at your competitors backlinks on ahrefs or semrush. What are they doing that you're not.

What things have you done up till now? you maybe had a break for a while, and just lost to the competition. So both those methods in parallel are required.
