Keywords Density

Yes, it is very important these days. Try to keep it between 1 and 3% and you'll be fine and safe.

Yup Yup offcourse Keyword Density Play A Vital Role :)

Don't stress to much on that, use the keywords naturally and place them in strategic places. Check your competition, each niche has it's own density. I've seen 1% while on others 5%.

Place your semantic variations more often than your main KWs, I usually use my main one 2-3 time on the page.

I managed to rank in first page a 500 words article (low competition niche) just using the google keyword tool and using like 30 keywords and 10 long tail keywords (all from 1-2$ CPC). So using some keywords density strategy will improve my results? Is there any advanced guide about this?

There are a lot of guide out there, but as I've said each niche is unique, you have to test things first.
Increase the density a bit and see how it goes. I wouldn't go over 3%.

Also add more content, I'm sure that you can stretch those 500 into 750 or so :). Interlink your other articles using your main kw, if those pages have links, some juice will flow to the new one.

Keyword density is important as long as you can make it look natural. You don't want to annoy visitors with bad grammar and make them never want to come back ;)

True it's depend on the niche, same for the lengh and the density aslo depend on the internal linking to the post
Ex: 1% for 4 internal link max

Keyword density is important to give your page relevancy to the keywords that you are targeting, but they should flow naturally within your article.

Keyword density is one of the most important aspects of on-page SEO. For my authority sites I tend to just let them flow naturally in the article and not really worry about the percentage game. LSI words are also important so study up on that.
