When do you know when the keyword is bannend? is it just luck that your account doesnt go in manual review after adding a keyword? cause sometimes it comes directly online, and sometimes review and comes after some hours. and sometimes account get lock..

If your ranking drops then it might have a significant impact due to the keyword ban. But if your website traffic drops then it is not due to the keyword rather no searches in Google about your website might be a reason. If had keyword issue, sooner or later your account will be banned with no hope of luck further.
