Hello BHW

As you Know Google Keyword Planner has stopped giving us exact search volume and instead give a range. How do you guys estimate the search volumes.

Keywords Everywhere but it's not entirely accurate. A keyword that Google showed as having 18,000 searches before now shows 0.

Here you can get exatxh search volume : https://serps.com/tools/rank-checker/ ..but you can't search for bulk and also it will be paid one for more searches

I use ahrefs and it is a solid SEO tool.

Ahrefs is ok, although it shows their own estimates not information from google kw planner. In most cases results are similiar, but ahrefs does not have information for many low search volume kws.

Ahrefs is the best backlink crawler and have largest database of live backlinks. MOZ and SEMrush both are good tools but sem rush has more features than MOZ and it is easy to use.

I am now using SEMrush to get gist of volume.

TBH no tool including Google Keyword planner is accurate or close to accurate

Mostly cheap way to get volume it's "starting campaign" at google Adwords and spent some money...
or use Impressions at K-meta.com/bases?q=car insure&country=United States
