I did keyword research and found some keywords. Then I checked difficulty and other factors using Moz. But I doubt the keyword volume. Are they enough? The following are the values. Can I consider these as good keywords? Please help. Thank you

Search volumes look okay.
You want to manually check the SERP, see the authority of websites ranking for the target keyword. I always check their contents too - See if it's something I can easily beat.

Hello,
I want to make this very clear guys. I am doing SEO for quite a long time and I have tested every Keyword tool. Literally every keyword tool. Some tools are better for backlinks others for keywords and competition and others for just suggesting related keywords. This is ok. But when it comes to volume and competition every tool is bad! And that's why you don't rank.
Only Google knows exactly their volume and the competition. The tools know 1/1000 of what Google knows. So, my recommendation guys is to just take some ideas from Answer the public or elsewhere you want and then master the Google Autosuggest. Google autosuggest means that these phrases are 100% searched by people. Otherwise, there wouldnt be there. I hope this help. Have a beautiful day!

Is there a thread giving specific advice on what stats we should look before deciding to build niche website for that keyword?
What difficulty level, monthly volume...
