Keyword Tool

hey guys,
not sure if this is in the right section... but im looking for a program that will help me choose keywords for my site. I've heard that keyword elite is good and ive tried it, but it either isnt working or i just dont know how to use it. I just need a prog that will give me good keywords that are searched alot, but not so much competition. If someone can help me with this. THankss

i use nichebot.com because they have a lot of great features and its web based instead of a program, so if you work on many different computers like i do, you dont have to worry about installing it everywhere.
