Keyword too good to be true?!?

I've found a celebrity related keyword, the exact local monthly searches are 7000 a month and there is no competition at all, could rank it #1 in a week.

The only thing is it's kind of a scandal niche, "is [celeb name] cheating"

Could I get in to trouble for making a niche site about this and would it be worth it? Average CPC is ~$1.80

I had one that was about 6000 exacts, and something similar, zero competition, and similar subject.

I just made the site to not be biased, and even lean towards supporting the celebrity.
And yeah, was ranked #1 in about a week or two, and am getting a couple hundred visitors per day. Actually ranking #4 for the person's name as well. Not a big celebrity though. It's been about a year and they haven't complained yet.

Just include stuff like, "xxxxx has shown he's a great family person, husband/wife, etc" bunch of stuff like that. Than can stay stuff like "However, xxxx has reported that xxxxx".
Then end it off like "Our opinion, reviewing all the evidence is that xxxx wouldn't cheat on their wife/husband"

How about adsense competition? it must be high or medium to have a good CPC.

Don't see how you could get in trouble I would suggest to go with it
