I am still seeing some sites with keyword stuffing. Does this still work, or is there a certain way it should be done?

Usually it happens on aged sites that there is massive keyword stuffing but the site is still ranking.
You have to remember that SEO is based upon 100's of factors and not just a few. Backlinks alone don't give you SEO success. And keyword stuffing won't always bring you down.

I agree. Although I stick to only 2% and less for keywords, sometimes a lot less. It seems that some people can have a lot more! Think about it this way. Your an electrical store that sells light bulbs and on your light bulb page, you have 60w light bulb, 90w light bulb, screw in light bulb, etc etc. Your keyword of lightbulb will probably be 80% or whatever! So there's more to it than just keywords.
