Keyword stuffing DOES work

Please correct me if I'm wrong but... I've looked at several large channels and they all do keyword stuffing in their descriptions, like 20-30 keywords.

So many people have said that keyword stuffing is outdated and no longer works.

However, when I open an incognito browser and search for those keywords(some of them are pretty big), maybe like 40-50% of the time, I see the channel's videos. They literally use the keyword once when keyword stuffing and I see it in the search results. It's not just low competition keywords, some of them are pretty competitive...

If this is the case, why do people say that keyword stuffing doesn't work anymore?

Nono, I THINK it works. But I'm new to youtube so I'm trying to see what other people have to say about it. Because everyone's saying it doesn't yet it seems that it's working for these channels, and I'm kinda confused
 
I believe KW stuffing still works. For my channel, I use it. But make sure to include them naturally in the description.

Big channels will rank naturally for multiple kw's even though they don't care abt these KW research stuff. Use either Tubebuddy or Vidiq for KW research (free version is good enough), you should be fine. If you are small YT'er, target only one kw and make sure to include the same in Title, Description (within 2-3 lines) & in Tag's as well.

Can you send me a pm with youtube channel or video that is still doing the keyword stuffing?
 
work for the big channel because they can take many hits and can survive. not for tiny channel
 
Stuffing a keyword into your content too many times can actually knock the stuffing out of your search rankings, or even cause your content to be removed from search listings entirely.
 
You shouldn't compare apples to oranges. First grow a large channel and then do keyword stuffing. It'll 100% work.
 
Nevermind, I am dumb and I accidentally opened multiple incognito windows at once so cookies affected my search results. Sorry guys, I confused myself and everyone here.
 
Keyword stuffing in title vs contrnt is different tho

It might work on youtube but it won't work on creating content on blogs. I'm sure the penguin hates it.
 
Is repeating the video title on the first line on the video description advisable? I've been doing it, probably irrelevant tho. The channels that rank the best in my niche have the lamest optimization. They just have seem to struck algortithm gold.
 
If you really want to run a serious channel, try to incorporate them naturally in your video description. It's really not that hard and it will look more naturally, just takes a bit of time.
YouTube can't do anything about it and if you want to build up a real engaging follower base it looks better too.

Stop spreading outdated information.
Keyword stuffing does not work currently.
There was an algorithm update. Now 15+ keywords in the video description are nullified by the algorithm; so they all have no effect. It is the same as having no keywords at all.
3 front loaded keywords are all that is needed for the algorithm to read the content and rank it with other similar content.
I will explain what I mean by front loaded. The 3 keywords need to be at the front of the video title, not in the middle, or end.
The algorithm seeks front loaded keywords, so the first 3 need to be at the front.
Before uploading your video file; rename it from 123456.mp4 to your video title, using the same 3 keywords.
The algorithm cannot read what is inside your video file, so uses the file name to rank the content when uploaded.
Use the same 3 keywords in the; video file name, video title, video description, community post.
By front loading the same 3 keywords in all these places, the algorithm weights the keywords more, thus making them more effective.
Why I am 100% certain of this being fact?
I started my channel 20 months ago. It is now 100K verified, 167 videos, total channel views now in the millions.
I don't post nonsense on here that is outdated information. I post fact, based upon what is working for my own channel.
The problem with spreading outdated information as you are doing with this thread, is people that don't know will believe you have the correct method, so apply it to their channel and get no positive result whatsoever.
All you are doing is encouraging people to use keyword stuffing, which will actually nullify the 3 correct keywords they are using, but didn't front load, and repeat in the aforementioned method I have detailed.
If keyword stuffing worked, I would be using it on every one of my 167 videos. I only use 3 keywords on every video. Think about that.

There’s a reason why I stopped commenting on this post. I made a mistake, I apologised for it and I won’t do it again. People just keep bumping this post up. Although the information you gave could help others…

I've ranked videos were the strong keywords are the 1 2 and 4 words and outranked others were the same competing keywords were set 1 2 3, so I don't think this "3 first keywords" applies exactly. At the end of the day we are only guessing here unless you work at Google and can see the source code for Youtube.
