Keyword Stuffed?

Hey guys recently i made a website.. and it has over 300 pages in it. Now when i was creating the website i was organized so i put things i folders and what not.. I did not realize this but when i look at one of my main pages in my website says something like has the keyword 3 times in it such as (http://www.XXXXXXXXXX.net/XXXXXXXXX/XXXXXXXXX.html) This wasent intentional of course. Is that keyword stuffed? or should i delete a folder and try to get it higher in the directory
