Hi! I have a quick question that is somewhat related to KW spiders. Okay, so we've been working on getting a ranked on a few high volume KW's to get a bit more traffic to our site. But we seem to be having some issues with a couple of the KW we're using. Our ranking tool shows that we're number one in Sydney and surrounds. However, when one of our associates manually checked on google we were showing to be on page 9. This was a bit odd as the associate was just in Terrey Hills which isn't that far off from Sydney CBD.

Most of the other KW that we are using don't have the same issue. The ranking tool shows we are at page 1 and manual checking confirms this as well. Our main competitor is showing to be at page 1 on both the tool and manual checking on the KW's we are having problems with. We've checked it in Mozilla and IE while logged out of google to check if it's browser customization but it's not showing to be caused by that. Doing it on Brightlocal local rank checker also has the same results.

We are completely baffled at what's causing this. Could it be location related? What google factor could be possibly affecting this? Are there any fixes available for this type of issue?

We certainly appreciate any help or insight regarding this concern. Thanks in advance!
