keyword search volume manipulator software

I am looking for the software or tool with which we can manipulate search volume of non existent keyword for example "best plumber mywebsite.com" , i want it to get searched 50000 in google

Where do you want the search volume to be presented? As in, where are you wanting the manipulation to take place at?

These are some of the folks selling links and sites with ranking for fake keywords no one is actually searching for.
Anyway, I'm not aware of any such tool/software.

I believe they want a tool that would repeatedly search for said keyword(s) on google, until it gets recognized and picked up by Google itself and SEO tools.
