Which sources do you use to get good keywords for automated AI content generation?

I see most people use PAA and Google Autocomplete, which is the best source currently in your opinion?

Find a website with rankings and than:
1: ahrefs exports, wich is a bit tricky, if we talk about a lot of keywords, than you have to filter yourself through.
2: Data for SEO API requests for larger amounts. Data for SEO even sells it's own DBs - not cheap, though, but worth it, if you can handle some million Keywords.

Google trends and PAA
You can also track Reddit threads that show up on the first page

Ahrefs, Keyword everywhere, or you can do some manual work.

Write your main keyword/niche on google, add space, add alphabets, you will get many trending keywords.

Let's assume your keyword is "XYZ" your search will look like this: XYZ a, XYZ b, XYZ c, and upto so on...

You can also add what, why, how, do, is, when, etc to get questioning and informational keywords.
