Keyword Scout, cannot post on Misc so I post it here, hope to get answer.

Bought keyword scout, didn't use it for long time coz busy with other project.
Just open it again today, it ask for update but, after updated I am getting notification about invalid license error and invalid email id..
Is keyword scout still work?
