I've been using Google KW tool to do most of my research but got another question. I just tried out http://www.secockpit.com/ which fetches information from DMOZ but the numbers with Google KW tool and this are different.

Which one should I stick with and what are the best numbers to look for?

try looking at market samarui, its the best

Thanks dude. I have Market Samurai but I am confused on what numbers to look for such as SEOT and Searches. What do you recommend?

I used both Google Adword Keyword tool and market samurai for my different sites. I must say both are Awesome..no doubt.
