Incognito mode + Targeted Country VPN + Allintitle:Keyword and Allinurl:Keyword

To get long tail keyword manually I use Google

Type your keyword and put "a" You will get queries
Remove "a" type "b" and so on.

Using googles suggested searches as many have said is the way to go. I find it is the most basic and I find as effective if not more then some if the tools that are out there.Although I do not know if there is a way to out traffic and things like that without a tool

I can´t recommend enough the keywords everywhere chrome extension. I purchased the 100,000 credits plan for $10 like over a month ago and I still have 40,000+ credits.

I love their "long-tail keyword" generation feature is amazing and it auto-populates Google´s related keywords, people also search for, and long-tail keywords. And, on top of everything, it also offers something called "trending keywords" which also offers great semantic related words.
