Keyword research vendors?

I am looking for someone who can do high quality keyword research/niche finding. Could not find many offers on the marketplace. I cant afford to buy a program such as MS at the time and I am a little overwhelmed in using adwords to find a niche that I would not be wasting my time on.

I would like to hire someone who has some sort of sales page/website.
