Keyword Research Tools?

Hey all,
I've been using Keywords Analyzer for a couple of years for basic keyword research, and have always been quite happy with it. All of a sudden it's not working and developers aren't answering support emails, etc, so I'm on the lookout for something to replace it.
What other good packages are out there for k/w research at the moment? I've kind of lost touch with what's available and what's good, what's not.
Any help/suggestions welcomed.

why not use the FREE google adwords keyword tool ? i've been using it for so much time and it is great for basic research
