I'm looking to JV with someone who's good in doing keyword research and has the right tools + time to do it. I will target an non-english (european) market.

- YOU will search for niches and provide the keywords

- I will register an url + webhosting
- I will hire someone to create a wordpress blog and finetune it
- I will hire someone to write content
- I will hire someone to do SEO
- I will sell the website
- I will pay all the fees upfront, when the website is sold we split the profit
