When you search competing websites in Google do you use:

allintitle:"keyword"

or allintitle:keyword

Which is the proper way to gauge results?

Also, what is your mark where you won't even mess with a keyword or phrase? I have heard people say 100K and others less than 10K.

Thanks in advance guys!

Anyone??

It depends on the quality of the sites on the first page really..

Are you using market samurai and micro niche finder?

I have micro niche finder, but never use it. I generally just look at how many competing pages there is with allintitle:keyword, and go after keywords that are 100K or less, which has been successful for me, but I wanted to see how others do their analysis.

I understand that you also need to look at the other websites on the first page to see how strong they are. What do you think is the best tool for that?

I would definately sugest market samurai for that. Mnf is a little iffy at times.

Market samurai pretty much covers all the bases, and there is a great tab called seo competition which will give you the allintitle results, as well as the pr, the backlinks to the domain and a few other little gems.

THink it's in the dl section somewhere. Also on the market samurai site they have all the training videos which are invaluable, once you get your head around it you won't look back.

Pm me if you need help with it, not a pro, but have been using it for awhile and it seems to be doing the trick
