(i am a newbie so DONT FLAME PLS)how many global monthly searches is the appropriate one or good to use a niche, and do you do keyword research with 3 words or more etc? please do reply to this thread as it would really HELP a newbie on his journey to success. thank you for the concern!

The best keyword are buying keyword phrase
With
High Global Montly Searches (3000 above each month)
And have low competition in google search engine (lower than 10000 competition)

It's important to realize that low competition isn't referring to the little bar that you see in the google keyword tool. That competition bar should be as full as possible as that is the competition bar for purchasing ads for that keyword which means people are spending on that keyword. that competition bar doesn't reflect the competition of ranking in google for that term. Pay most attention to exact local monthly searches as that will be most accurate for your website.

Buying keyword is a keyword that people think before they buy a product. Like ... product buy/discount/review or auto insurance quote etc.

High search with Low competition is gold

oh so if that bar is for people spending on that keyword, which stat is the one that i should look if i have low competition in terms of people also using that keyword as a niche?

If you don't know what your doing, you should buy keywords from others or buy tools to assist you with this.

bro i cant seem to find the estimated avg cpc its not in the "column" button

now i see it, thanks! is the average CPC the exact amount i will get per click or adsense will cut the amount you will get?

They call it as "Approximate CPC". How can you expect it to be the exact amount? Google will pay you for the click. There is no shaving in that unless there is no fraudulent involved.
