Keyword Research: Ahrefs vs Semrush, which is better?

While Ahrefs might be the more accurate between these two, I prefer to use SemRush just because you can keep signing up for trials so you don't break the bank :)
 
When it comes to Keyword research, I prefer Semrush to Ahrefs.
 
For keyword research, Ahrefs is better than Semrush.

Ahrefs is better than SEMrush. But if you think about prices, you will choose SEMrush. Ahrefs is costly.

I think it’s pretty crazy how the Semrush & Ahrefs algo calculate traffic but crawling etc..? Dose anyone have any idea how these calculate traffic to get to such approximate numbers?

Ahrefs much better
 
Semrush, no doubt. It is much easier to work with lots of keywords, with several tabs open, comparing competitors.
 
Ahrefs is much better but they have an issue is that they are very costly for newbies starting new projects.

It all depends on what exactly you want to do with Keyword Research. If you just want to find as many keywords as possible, then both tools are fine.

As for the display of Search Volume, I would recommend using Google Keyword Tool data. Neither Ahrefs nor SemRush display the data correctly.

If we talk about the Keyword Difficulty indicator, then in my opinion SemRush now displays it more accurately.
