Simply, Micrositemasters! You can set different location as well. It's easy to use. Even most people can afford it.

I would always use AhRefs however it's way too expensive for a single man SEO. Therefor I'm using Unamo (former Positionly). Because it's cheap. Also with Scrapebox you can monitor keyword rankings. But Unamo works fine for me.

+1 for RankTracker, my fav tool. Easy to use, great for monitoring the progress, and checks all the results (mobile, hyper-local, multiple at once). Also, love the graph where you can relate any traffic or ranking spikes to any changes on search engines' side, or the ones you've implemented yourself.
