Most of my keywords just disappeared from page 1 and lost their ranking. I would like to ask whether our website has been punished?

Check recent google updates

Track keyword ranks in both Mobile and desktop.

Check site security. This is the major issue nowadays.

Check your search Console for security issues.

Also check last cache date and resubmit the sitemap to google.

Google update on 23 September. so don't panic and wait a few days.

Update:
Thank you all for your help
Through investigation yesterday, I have found the reason. The keyword ranking page lost its index, which caused the keyword ranking to disappear.
Currently the page has been re-indexed by Google, and the keyword ranking has been restored.

thanks for sharing this update, it really helps to know how Google effects on our sites.

Common reasons behind the sudden ranking drop

Manual or Algorithmic Penalty
You Got OutRanked by a Competitor
Your Site was Demoted due to On-page Issues
Your Site Dropped Because it is Losing Links
Google Just Updated Their Algorithm

google had some problems and deindexed a couple of urls again.

My car just stopped working. Can you guys please tell me which part of the car is it?

Wait for a few days, it will probably start working by itself again. There must be someone else to blame. It can't be a problem on your end right...

Their update caching system is slow it will take a couple days maybe a week

My question is same like the OP.

It can be many reasons, but without knowing all or at least some factors, we can't know why the site disappeared.
Gave the answer based on that many people always blame the updates for everything because their sites are "perfect" and can't be the reason to blame. It might as well be the updates, update of pointing out that there is something wrong with your site.

Some updates going on from the last couple of days, might be the reason
