Hi, I've blog related to Computer Tricks. I'm trying to rank few keywords but can't do this. Google shows me websites of other people that are similar to my keywords. Tried my best but can't rank. Can you guys guide me? Any good tip for me? or white/blackhat method? ;)

This. I have personally contacted many .edu sites that offered computer science/software engineering courses and can confirm that I have had my site added to the resources section of various .edu sites. Go with this, OP.
 
Read everything you can find on BHW or google about SEO, PBNs, backlinks, google penalties, link strategies, outreach, web2.0s.
