Keyword Rank Confirmation

Hello all.

I found some keywords with a good amount of monthly searches I used the normal keyword research methods.
I also used TT to see SEO competition and TT reported this keywords as "Relatively Easy" to rank.
Is there a way to confirm this?

just put the keyword in google with "" and check how many search results exactly there. Also do check how strong your competitors and their backlinks via ahres or majesticseo.
