Keyword Questions

I've heard alot about these longtail keywords. What im failing to understand is how do you implement them?

E.g keyword is "fat loss"

Then longtail keyword is "fat loss for people over 60"

How do i rank for the long tail keywords?

Do i provide links from PBNS and use the long tail keywords as the anchor text. Or do i just include the long tail keywords in the article, maybe the title? then provide a URL anchor text instead or just a 'click here' anchor text

Also Say if i make web 2.0's for my tier 2's then provide tier 2 links how do i then rank for the long tail keywords. And for the money site how many times would i have to put each different long tail keywords within the articles/pages for it to rank?

For one make sure your landing page is on-site optimized for that term and uses that exact term at least once in content.

Then you can use that phrase in the content of SEO posts, with raw URL and LSI of it for anchor. You can also use mutations of the longtail as anchor and the exact SPARINGLY. Its no different than ranking a shorter keyword really.

Mention it once within a highly relevant piece of writing, then link to it with a natural looking set of links with a variety of related terms plus a lot of raw and general anchor texts.

What is LSI? So say if i have the longtail keyword on a different page than the home page then send some links which have variations of the longtail keywords to my web 2.0s which link to my main site will that have an effect on my ranking and boost it?

I suggest many peoples use long tail keywords twise in the 500 words articles. Did you find the keywords for niche? If not let me know
