what should i do? put 3 types of keywords together or separate 3 campaigns? m running a health campeign

If you are testing a new campaign, it would be good to try and see if any of the exact match keywords can get traffic and result in sales. Using all of them together right at the start can significantly increase your expenditure - and you still may not know which keywords / campaigns resulted in sales.

If I were testing a new campaign, I would not use broad match initially. I would put exact match and phrase match keywords in separate ad groups. And you would want to have tailor made ads for each keyword. Not a single ad for all keywords.

Actually, you would want at least two competing ads for each keyword - so that you could get to know which works better. Once each ad gets at least 50 clicks, keep the one that performs better, replace the other with a new ad.

Also, I guess you would want to buy a good course on PPC marketing and study it before you invest in PPC.

You will need to optimize ads, landing pages - and figure out which keywords result in conversions.

Just wanted to second what Shree said, if it's a new campaign and untested niche then stay away from broad and phrase match KW's. I only use them as a way to "scrape" new converting KW's on an already established/converting campaign.
