So I found a subject that I was interested in. Thinking about starting an amazon affiliate store. I had a few questions before proceeding though.

The keyword stats are as follows:
6.1m volume
6.0m results
$1.89 cpc
0.01 competition.

Would it be easy to rank this since the competition is so low? Or will I drown in the overwhelming 6.0m results.

Which keyword tool shows those difficulty results?
It's always a good idea to cross reference with some different tools before taking the plunge. In addition to that, it is also a good idea to do manual keyword research.
Search for the keyword manually, and analyze the backlinks and authority of your top competitors.

semrush. Yeah I have been looking into it. Haven't spotted a amazon store yet

there are about 5ish authority sites and 3 of the site are indexed a couple times. The other domains do not look that great. I was able to score an exact match domain name though.

I'm leaning towards creating a PBN. Still kinda new to this though so we shall see.

I am also toying around with the idea, but am not sure if I am ready to make it yet. PBNs seem like a pain in the ass to set up, but the benefits look incredible. In the meantime I suppose that high quality web 2.0s with 5+ posts are a passable substitute.
